Welcome to Chapterhouse Design
Chapter House Design have been creating Gothic products for over thirty years, unrivalled in detail and with a product range always increasing. We offer a specialist service to customers wishing to create the garden or home they could only dream of. Our products have on many occasions been incorporated into commercial and residential buildings .
We also offer a commission based service, with the skills to create new designs, or reproduce missing pieces from a building as part of restoration projects. We have in the past carried out a commission to replace the glass and mullions of six Gothic windows belonging to a 300 year old privately owned chapel.
Gothic windows, Gothic arches and a variety of other decorative elements of stone carving have been designed in-house, personalised and hand crafted to give you the opportunity to own a stunning focal point for your home or garden.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
At present we are working to a six weeks order turnaround, you will be informed when we begin making your order and again when your order is complete. we will then hand it over to our courier who will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
How will my order be delivered?
For deliveries we use a pallet courier who will deliver on a wagon fitted with a tail lift. The drivers are usually very helpful and using their pallet truck will manoeuvre your order to the closest location providing the ground is suitable.
Can I add to my order?
Customers with an existing order placed may add to or alter their order whilst the order status is pending. Amendments to an existing order whilst manufacturing may result in a short delay.
What foundation do I need for a folly?
We have been asked on many occasions what foundations are required for a garden folly. The only answer is that every piece of ground is different and impossible to estimate. If you are a DIY folly builder we would strongly advise you seek professional advise and possibly have a builder lay the foundations for you.
